Preliminary Concept Consultations
 

• Concept Consultations are geared towards homeowners, developers, condo owners, constructors and renovations

• 2 hour in Concept Design Consultations provides on the spot, big picture thinking and suggestions regarding color, layout, lighting needs and finishes for the interior as well as the exterior space.

• As design concept, ideas for lighting, décor, furniture and accessories with suggestions of where to shop based on the allotted budget were provided.

• Existing conditions and current furniture is discussed to decide design parameters and establish what works or not. This consultation is good to assess if we are a right fit for your design needs.

Detailed Design Consultations

Step 1 -  INFORMATION GATHERING

• Discuss vision, needs & wants

• Procure space measurements, existing floor/site plans and photographs

• Discuss design scheme & budget

• Document anything to remain

Step 2 -    DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

•    Provide space/site planning and concept options

•    Concept brainstorming with client

•    Revisions to first concepts

•    Furniture, finish and material options

•    Custom, readymade and built-in options

Step 3 -    DESIGN PACKAGE

•   Finalize floor /site plan & design based on client feed back

•   3D visual renderings

•   Provide preliminary over budget

•   Provide a finish and material mood board/ provide site rendering and plant list

•   Provide a final document outlining the entire design
